CTR Compressor Wheel Technology

The CTR-line of turbochargers feature a compressor wheel that is 7-14 vained and embody the latest in compressor design technology.  They feature a minimum diameter hub to maximize intake airflow and an extended tip design for increased efficiency at higher pressure ratios. The R-line design features, including maximum inducer diameters, produce higher boost pressures at high engine speeds and allow increases in engine HP output of up to 15%. The R-line of advanced design compressor wheels is now available on our complete line of CT turbochargers.

CTR High Flow Turbine Technology

The CTR Turbine wheels are 25% lower inertia leading to faster rotor acceleration. The slim hub and thin blade design make this wheel unique while the design feature maximizes the flow capacity, increasing it by 30% more than the prior GT style Turbine wheel. The Comp Turbo CTR high flow turbine wheels have minimal leaving velocity due to a longer surface blade length, thus leaving losses are minimized.  Which leads to higher turbine efficiency and greater flow range than available turbine wheels in the industry.  CTR turbine wheels are designed where high exhaust flow capability is required and have minimal leaving gas velocity that increases turbine efficiency.

Warranty Information

18 Month Limited Warranty Comp Turbo Technology, Inc. Warrants all turbochargers to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the original date of purchase. If a Warranty claim occurs turbochargers must be shipped at owner’s expense to Comp Turbo Technology to be inspected and or repaired under the warranty. If we confirm a defect in a turbocharger covered by this warranty, we will repair at our option with remanufactured components and reinstate the warranty from the new shipment date. Exclusions This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage or contingent damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification and improper installation. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear. Warranty excludes electrical components and actuators. Limits of Liability If any defects in material or workmanship are found, your sole recourse shall be repair, as described in the preceding paragraphs. Comp Turbo Technology, Inc. will not be held liable to your or any other party for any damages that result from the use of this product. Damages that are excluded, but are not limited to, the following expenses: installation fees, damage to engine components, damage to personal or public property, personal injury, medical bills, subsequent death, rental vehicles, shipping charges and or loss of wages. In no event will Comp Turbo Technology, Inc. will be liable for more than the turbocharger purchase price and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on all Remanufactured Turbochargers and or Turbocharger repair service. NOTE: Any turbocharger and/or part left over and not claimed within 30 days will be subject to disposal and/or recycled to cover expenses incurred.
