Dart Machinery, Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and recommended use and that the products will conform to Darts published specifications or, if applicable, Buyers specifications to the extent accepted by Dart in a separate writing. Darts obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement, at Darts option, of any parts or products which may prove defective under normal use within six (6) months from the date of sale, and which the examination of Dart Machinery, Ltd. reveals to its satisfaction that the products in question are in fact defective.
