Mahle Clevite F-Series LS Main Bearings MS2411F

MS2411F is made with a Ramp and Pad designed thrust face. This gives the thrust load a 93% increase over flat pad thrust designs.

The F-series bearing is a TriMetal™ lead-tin-indium-alumina electroplated overlay applied over MAHLE’s cast bronze lead substrate for maximum performance and reliability. The added ramp and pad thrust face creates increased oil pressure to the thrust wear surface which increases lubrication and bearing cooling; resulting in an ability to withstand a higher thrust load than conventional flat thrust surfaces.
