Point One E190 Head Bolts boast a 190,000psi nominal tensile strength, crafted from premium-quality steel from US mills. All fasteners are individually racked and heat treated in-house in vacuum furnaces under the supervision of full-time metallurgist. Every stud is centerless ground for exceptional concentricity. Threads are rolled after heat treatment to provide optimal strength. When possible, the fasteners are marked with the part number and batch number for easy identification and traceability. All washers are hardened and double disc ground. Every critical engine fastener is made, start to finish, in the state-of-the-art facility in Rogersville, Missouri, USA. Fasteners are packaged in vacuum bags with external threads protected in a retail box and dense foam protection is used to safeguard delivery. Point One TorquePoint Fastener Lube is included with every kit. Installation instructions include torque input data and clamp load information to make installation a breeze.
