VS Racing Gen3 Wastegate

44mm:

  • VSR 44mm  Gen 3(Piston Based) Wastegate comes complete as a kit with flanges.

  • Base Spring Pressure is 6 outer spring and 5 inner spring 10.5 psi combined pre-installed Please be advised that springs are measured at full open. Cracking pressure for both springs pre-installed is around 8psi.
  • Spring available in box is 4psi usually used as single spring for C02 controlled situations.
  • Instructions for use
  • If you are using spring pressure – Hook you pressure source incoming usually from turbo to bottom port. You will have 2 ports to select from choose based on your best location and cap the other port. Leave one hole vented on the top and cap the other.
  • Electronic/Dome Pressure setup If you are using a solenoid, you will tee your input to the bottom coming from your pressure source.  Output of your solenoid will go to either top port. You will cap the other top port if not being used for a dome pressure sensor.

50mm:

  • The revised next generation utilizes a new piston design which has even greater c02 and boost control stability with dome pressure. Quick and easy access to change springs with v-band top hat.

  • This unit will come with two springs pre-installed which are 4 and 6psi for combined 10psi out of the box. Please be advised this is full open pressure cracking pressure is around 8psi 
  • This unit also is equipped with 2 upper airports and 2 lower airports for ease of installation and configuration with a dome pressure sensor.

  • Please note that you should always make sure to install your fire ring in the base of the gate. Without the fire ring you will create a leak between the v-band and WG flange.
  • If you are using spring pressure – Hook you pressure source incoming usually from turbo to bottom port. You will have 2 ports to select from choose based on your best location and cap the other port. Leave one hole vented on the top and cap the other port.
  • Electronic/Dome Pressure setup If you are using a solenoid, you will tee your input to the bottom port coming from your pressure source and the other port will be capped.  Output of your solenoid will go to one of the top ports. You will cap the other top port if not being used for a dome pressure sensor.

60mm:

  • New Piston Design Double o-ring  qith quick release v-band top hat
  • Multiple port configuration for dome sensor and C02 configurations.
  • Preinstalled 4.6 and 6.4 PSI springs.  CRACKING PRESSURE IS AT 8PSI AND FULL OPEN IS AT 10PSI
  • If you are using spring pressure – Hook you pressure source incoming usually from turbo to bottom port. You will have 2 ports to select from choose based on your best location and cap the other port. Leave one hole vented on the top and cap the other air port.
  • Electronic/Dome Pressure setup If you are using a solenoid, you will tee your input to the bottom coming from your pressure source.  Output of your solenoid will go to either of 2 top ports. You will cap the other top port if not being used for a dome pressure sensor.
